I seem to have abandoned my LJ a bit of recent havent I? Completely unintentional ofc. I've just been a bit busy, with things such as

-Results Parties
-Gay Pride
-College
-Results Parties

but these are things that are now so far in the past I cant quite bring myself to be arsed to write in any detail about.

My GCSE's went well, I'm quite surprised I didnt blog about that, but here you are

English - A
English Literature - A
Maths - A
Science - A A
IT - A* A
Art - A
RE - A
History - B
Spanish - C

Very happy with that - pure surprised I past Spanish! But this all backfired by putting me into gifted and talented in college, meaning I have to give up a free for the pointless Critical thinking.
The weekend following results I went to gay pride, first time on the 'scene' and canal street - my god it was amazing, scary, but amazing, very much queer as folk, everyone trying to cop off with everyone else (and I was happily a part of that group ;D )

So College, in the words of Asher Roth, "I Love College, I Love Drinking". It is pretty 'maze. I'll start with the bad shall I. Critical thinking and open forum. Oh dear god why :| They are the biggest waste of time on the planet. Also the fact my friend Gina decided to leave last wednesday and return to shit form, we only found out via text the next day sat in double politics. Oh doubles, how I hate them, pure bad way to start the day.

Whilst I'm at it, these are my A Levels,

-English Lit
-Law
-Psychology
-Politcs
-Critical Thinking (only a lesson a week)

And my enrichment is -Philosophy At The Movies (Wednesday afternoon's)

Its good, I think Politics will be the subject I drop at A2, but its not bad, theres just some right annoying twats, and were expected to know everything already, I dont see the point to be honest.

But Frees, how did I live without you beautiful beautiful frees <3 Sit offs in the forum (the coffee shop in college) are the way to spend the day.
Its safe to say the best thing about college is the social scene, and the fact that from it I may have a relationship coming my way soon.

Who can say?

But I'm afraid I must end this here and return to this Law essay. funfunfun.

It's crazy to think that 11 years of education has come to this. Sitting with a bottle of beer, waiting for tomorrow to come to discover the results of my gcses.
As [info]Caitlin said on the phone to me earlier. "Think, they're already printed and sealed in an envelope somewhere"

...that is crazy shit man.

GCSE results is, or at least in my eyes, the first of those great big changing points in life, the ones that are forever far off in the distance. It doesn't seem real to think that in 11 hours and 42 minutes I will be standing at that crossroads with the sheet in my hand.

I don't want to think about them if I'm honest. I'm not, scared. I don't think I am. It's not the right word. I did them months ago so its not something to worry about really, but its this not knowing, and knowing they're coming so soon. It's incredibly hard to explain. I know I didn't to bad, I mean, I'll have got my 2 b's and 3c's for college definitely. But I don't want to think about the actual grades. I don't want any sort of expectation's in my head to have live up too.

I suppose the same goes for another situation in my life right now. I want to know, but as soon as I do this period of my life is over and I wont be able to go back. It's not as big a timeframe as 11 years of schooling, obviously. But it's still a part of my life I'm happy living, I dont quite want to risk losing. Not knowing at least allows for that fantasy you might win for once in your life.

Your fantasy is always better than your reality.

So here I am then. The very final hours of my school days. Im 13 hours and 49 minuites away from starting on to further education, and wherever that will care to lead me.

It's fucking crazy shit man.

Where is my phone? It's rather vital I find it -I need to set an alarm for tomorrow. I'm meeting Amy at the station at 12.10 so therefore really need to get up!!

I got an actual handwritten letter from Jacinta on holiday in Cornwall today! I sent a reply and had too use a writing guide off of y6!! How old skool am I! But then she came on msn and I wondered what the point was. LOL.

I went to amy's house yesterday. That was fun. We nearly got foodpoisoning from badly cooking all day breakfast, chatted to Kieran, a bloke they met whilst pissed round town on Saturday night, and Amy insulted a dyslexic man.

Hmm. I can't really be arsed continuing with this post. But felt the need to update. So I'm off to sleep. Goodnight.

Oh. I found my phone. It was on the side in the kitchen. I must have set it down whilst locking up for the night.

I dreamt there was a room in my house that led into a starbucks. Wouldn't that be Brilliant!!

I went there to make the phonecall I need to make today. Y'know, carrying on the theme :p

I slept for about 8.7 hours - but I'm still absolutly knackered!! I can hear my neighbor chatting to some man outside. I dont recognize his voice, but it's coming from the back window overlooking the garden so she must.

Ahwell. Best get my lazy arse out of bed - drink some coffee and find how much tommorrows bus will cost and where I get it.

The bus is a much quicker way to get there on Friday. According to a timetable I found on the Internet it should only take 30 minuites, rather than the hour and a half and £7 it would take on the train.
No idea how much it will cost, but I'd assume it will be cheaper.
I don't like the bus though. I have bad experience with buses, I much prefer the train. But alas - It will reduce the journey, and exiting anxiety I will no doubt be experiencing!

5am. That's the time I woke up from my dreamless sleep. I think my insomnia is back. I went to bed long after 12, and drifted in and out of conciousness, in a way in which I was unaware if I did get any sleep at all.

I'm not sure what could of caused it. Yes I evhave been thinking about Friday and how excited I am for it - But that's 2 days away!!
I am really looking forward to it though, even if it is an hour and a half train journey, as I have to travel to lime street, and then I have about 10 miniuites to board my train at central which takes almost as long as to get to limestreet!!

But I am looking forward to it - Gonna be 'mazeeee!!

Ahwell. It's 6:30 now, I think I'll get up and have my first of todays many coffees. What's on telly this time of the morning? Other than preschool telly and teleshopping?

This work is so good, I missed the start of a class because I was so engrossed in it!"

So here it is, I present to you....

Friday. July 24th 2009. 5:40AM. The alarm beeps. The radio plays, the enchanting voice of Florence + The Machine wakes me up. When the DJ starts talking, I'm confused as to why its not Chris Moyles. In a trance, I pull myself out of bed, turn on the bathroom radio, and hop into a hot shower. As the Original Source scented steam drifts around me, waking me up, I realise it's not Chris Moyles on the radio, his shift has yet to start. Fuck I'm up early.

So this is my first time blogging on a iPod. So yeah, that's new. It's 1.11 am, and in 4 hours 28 minuites and 19 seconds my alarm shall go to tell me to get my lazy arse out of bed. I'm travelling today

beep beep
That's Caitlin testing me,[info]copycatgirl that is. I'm not alone in my insomnia.

See, I love Lourdes, I fell in love with the town last year. Which is why I'm terrified of going back there. See, last year there was more than the beatiful town l fell in love with. Lourdes has developed a brokeback mountain esque meaning to me, and since is different this year - I'm just worried the illusion and my memories and the romantisism of the whole thing will be shattered.

I don't think this years coach is as good as last years. It's far too cliquey - last year people came I. Small groups of like, 2 or 3 so we all put ourselves out there and got more out of it as a result. Best not think like that. Putting a mental block on the exprience. Before the trips even begun is not a good idea.

There are some good things to come of it. I get to spend a week in the sun with a group of the people who mean the most to me, in a beautiful local, and be doing something good for a change.

Maybe I'll meet someone new.

Someone to replace the memories. No, not replace, last year shall always remain precious to me, it'd just be nice if one of my stories had a happy ending for a change.

Hmm. Who knows, my life is so skins these days, nothing suprises me - but it's always interesting ... And a touch dramatic!

1.34 am. That's twenty minuites killed. Hopefully I'll get some sleep atleast with a bit of a story told

Au revoui Mon amis! See you next week, I'm off to Francais!!

Are dogs allowed on trains?
The station is about 20 minuites walk from my house. I dont mind. The walk's quite nice, going past a field and such. It's nice. The stations quite small, but it's well kept. It's very quiet, and mainly just old people.
So yes. I bought my train ticket (I know have to pay adults :'( but it's only £3 return so its not too bad.) and got on. A window single 2 seat, behind a 4-seat table.

WHICH HAD A DOG ON IT.

Now I love dogs, but I'm not big on their names. But it was BIG. Like a police dog. With a big bushy tail. It was well behaved I suppose, but it was stood on the table, and its tail was hitting the mother and young girl in the seats infront of me. The ticket man said nothing.

So yes. Went to Liverpool with Emma and Shaun. Was good.

Is it very wrong I'm rather excited about the new razor I have for lourdes? IT'S GOT A BEARD TRIMMER, but I lack a beard to trim, BUT ITS ON THERE :D

Oooo I dont like the dentist.
It feels so weird. I actually like needles. Not in a o0o0o0o heroin kind of way, but like, when ever we needed a vaccination or something in school, I always felt really cool. 'Cause like, everyone would be freaking out, and I'd look dead brave 'cos it didn't bother me. I mean, it's something different innit?

I confess, when I was sat in the dentist chair having the 2 injections in my mouth, I did pretend I had been captured by the Pharm and and they were trying to inject me like they did Martha in Reset. <333
Ahh fanboyism - making life sweeter.

So yeah. I've had a filling, and the left side of my mouth is numb. Cant eat or drink until the feeling comes back in a few hours. Which is a bit crap since I'm goin me mums cousin's farm, who's known for her cooking and yeah. Bit crap, but hopefully feeling will be back by then. I'm going once me dad's back from changing money to euros, and its about an hours drive so hopefully (Y)

Erm so yeah. That's pretty much it for now.

Just been watching Caitlin's torchwood videos on her youtube so now I'm like YES! I SHALL RETURN!
I used to make AMV's to an anime called .hack//SIGN?? Dont know if you've heard about it, but it's very good! I used to love the .hack// series of books/games/anime but it sort of died out in the UK, but by then Doctor Who and Torchwood came along to fill the void =D

The main link between all the .hack// is that they're set in the near future in an online MMORPG called "The World" and SIGN was about a character called Tsukasa who couldnt log out. It's much better than how I sell it, and is more of a drama than anything else, so dont be put off by it being animated and watch porque es tre bien!

But yes I used to do videos to clips of that, and I used to do VBlogs, until a whole fiasco with a gay pedophile intrested in S&M who wanted my address to send me an alan carr autograph. And thats why you dont talk to strangers kids!

But yes. I have been INSPIRED! And I've been looking for stuff to fill the gap until my birthday. So Dentist and the 'Countrycide' tomorrow, music videos wed, and birthday thurs!

Sorted!

Want to see what inspired me? They're amazing!

I refuse to accept Torchwood:CoE as canon. I really dont. I saw the dvd in tesco earlier and one of the pictures on day 4 made me upset :( I refuse it as canon.
My replacement boxset of series 1 arrived today, so I was enjoying watching some bootiful welsh baby Ianto and the full team being there as they should be. It made me very happy.

I've become slightly obsessed with the "Farm Town" app on facebook. Considering I dont like games like Harvest Moon I'm suprised. I hope they make it into a ipod touch app - since I get mine for my birthday on thursday! I'm well excited! I admit, I did feel like I was 5 again as I 'stole' it from downstairs, hid in my room and had a play on it before sneaking it back. TeeHee. :D

My personal pc upstairs in my room has got spyware. Bad times. So I'm not touching it and need to get some anti-virus from pc world tomorrow (our old one expired!)

Dentist tomorrow morning. Cant be arsed. Need a filling apparently, and then in the afternoon I'm off to me mamm's cousin which is in the countryside. So i'll pretend its Countrycide to pass the time :D

I'm one of the few people who constantly checks viewing figures of the shows I watch. I always fear for Torchwood being the "adult" spin off the family friendly Doctor Who. I've seen it go from humble beginings on BBC Three, to BBC Two and now on BBC One having to prove itself over, and over and over again. But it has! So It can only mean Janto goodness for years to come!

Day one of CoE pulled 5.9 mil (25%) Of the audience, compared to Everything Changes 2.4m (12.7% - Series 1) and Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang 3.72m (14.8% - Series 2)

I'm actually really happy with this!

And I thought people might like to see it.

The original website decided having a "add to basket" was too common, and refused any way of selling me the costume. So I had a shifty on ebay, found it for £4 cheaper, and with free, faster P&P, as opposed to the £4.99 7-10 delivery the original site was offering.

Good times!

Obviously this picture isnt me, as I dont have the costume - but this is the picture f the costume from the seller.
